Louis Vuitton Epi Montaigne Clutch

Avenue Montaigne is a street in the 8th arrondisement of Paris, France. Located on the strip, there are numerous stores specialising in high fashion, such as Dior, Chanel and Valentino, as well as jewellers like Bulgari and other toney establishment such as the Plaza Athénée hotel. In the 1980s, the avenue Montaigne was considered the most important thoroughfare in France regarding high fashion as well as accessories. Also, established clothing designers set up there. The avenue owes much to the LVMH (Moët Hennessey Louis Vuitton ) group which made the street into what it is today. LVMH and its stable of top designers and firms, such as Céline, Loewe, Vuitton, Inès de la Fressange and formerly Christian Lacroix. Because of all of these, this street deserves to have bag named after it!

The Montaigne Clutch is a generous pouch made from beautifully textured Epi leather with smooth leather trim. It’s the clutch version of the Montaigne bags that also has the palladium push-lock closure. The Montaigne Clutch’s adjustable and removable flat leather strap allows bag to be worn three different ways: on the shoulder, on the wrist with both strap ends attached to one side of the bag, and as a clutch carry when strap is removed. Chic, elegant and versatile, this clutch has it all. It measures 10.4″x 3.9″x 2.4″ and comes in four colors; Grenade, Black, Ivory and Cassis. Available at Louis Vuitton for $865.
