Louis Vuitton Monogram Pulp Weekender, GM in Yellow, PM in Pink
I’ve browsed my blog for the first time in a long time and i’ve noticed that I haven’t posted anything about the Pulps, so I’ve decided that I’ve got to make one!
From Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2008 collection (which is my all-time favorite), comes the Monogram Pulp Weekender handbag that was the result-among many others-of the collaboration between Marc Jacobs and artist Richard Prince. The Monogram Pulp canvas deviates from the famous Monogram pattern and LOUIS VUITTON PARIS text with its patent and bright colors that seems to have an unfinished, half-painted look with colors chipping off to reveal the underlying layers. Pulp Weekender also features zippered closure with LV padlock, internal patch pocket, external zipped pocket and a removable leather ID label and key bell. The bags are large, practical and fashionable, it’s ideal for an elegant weekend.
Monogram Pulp Weekender comes in two sizes; GM(7.3″ x 12.2″ x 19.1″) and PM(5.9″ x 8.3″ x 16.1″), and colors; Yellow, and Pink. Available at Louis Vuitton for £1740, $3000 and £1160, $2000 for GM and PM respectively.
