The Eugénie in Epi Leather is an impeccably attractive wallet that is stylishly handy and is named after Eugénie, Empress of the French who inaugurated the Suez Canal with her husband, Napoléon III in 1869 and exclusively called upon Louis Vuitton to create trunks for her travels. There’s no doubt that she’s a classy woman.
The Eugénie Wallet is made from the sturdy Epi leather with fine topstitching. The wallet looks similar to the Beverly bags as it was what it was inspired from. It features a unique clasp design made from polished silvery brass with the Louis Vuitton signature engraving. Eugénie can accomodate twelve credit cards, has two patch pockets at the back and at the front, a transparent ID pocket and an exterior gusseted pocket with a zipper closure. It measures 7.5″ x 4.1″ x 0.5″, a perfect size for hand carrying and/or inside a handbag.
Eugénie Wallet in Epi Leather comes in four colors; Grenade (pictured above), Cassis, Black, and White. They’re available at Louis Vuitton for $785.
