As part of ad campaign tradition, the Spring/Summer 2009 campaigns will be appearing on major fashion magazines starting February. And as the February issues start rolling in bookstores around the world, peel your eyes with the latest Louis Vuitton ads starring Madonna and photographed by Steven Meisel.

I thought that with Mert & Marcus gone, the Spring ads won’t have the “lie down” pose but well, Steven Meisel gave us one. I think the “lie down” pose is becoming Vuitton’s trademark. Above is a new photo from Elle UK’s February 2009 issue, featuring a striped sequin shirt, ostrich feather skirt, tribal bangles, tribal sandals, and the Monogram Kalahari GM. Honestly, I’m starting to love the campaign. It’s different, but let’s face it… change is healthy!
