Louis Vuitton Python Perforé Lutèce

Louis Vuitton Python Perforé Lutèce

For Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2008-09 Women’s Show, Marc Jacobs imagined leather goods with exceptional and unexpected materials that would emphasize the graphic and sculptural silhouettes of the ready-to-wear collection. Then the Python Perforé Lutèce was born. Python Perforé is one of the key lines of this season, illustrating this inspiration with a bold approach to exotic leather, which is in this case, Python.

In crafting the Python Perforé Lutèce, luxurious python leather is precisely perforated thanks to an innovative technique, with metallic lambskin underneath, revealing a subtle LOUIS VUITTON PARIS pattern and offering an exceptional light-reflecting see-through effect. It’s absolutely a magnificent bag that gives off sheer elegance and sophistication.

Python Perforé Lutèce measures 16.1″ x 14.1″ x 3.5″, and comes in two colors; Black and Ciel. Available at Louis Vuitton for $6,450.

hi Bengt ^^ just wondering if you are quoting in usd? because there seems to be a huge difference in price in where i live! good thing but bad.. means more shopping ><

  • Bengt

Hi Yawami.. The prices I post here in I LVOE LV are all in USD (or GBP if stated).. BTW, how much does this bag cost in where you live?

  • *YAWAMI*

hi Bengt the bag is 10800 NZD which is around USD $ 5610 (exchange rate at 0.52). I have noticed the price difference in lots of other bags i purchased recently too. like the speed mini from the 2008 show collection i got purchased it for NZD $3950 which is around USD $2054. Everything seems to be cheaper in NZD when you exchange it to USD.

  • Bengt

^ Hmm.. Maybe its because of the unstable USD.. Interesting…
