New Photos from Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2009 Ad Campaign

I have just 4 new photos from the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2009 Ad Campaign starring Madonna and photographed by Steven Meisel. 2 of these are new while the other one is a much clearer version compared to the one I've posted before; the one from Elle Magazine.

So with these 4 new photos in hand, I'm feeling a bit flustered. For me, the campaign now looks like an editorial rather than a highly budgeted ad campaign from Louis Vuitton. It doesn't have the "umph" feeling when I look at them... and when I look at them, I'm not sold into it. I mean, I don't know where to focus my attention... is it to Madonna, to Madonna's yoga poses, to Madonna's open legs, or to the bags?

3 more photos after the jump...

She looks hideous! I miss the old Sahara Desert campaign from '05 (I think), where Naomi Campbell was the biggest 'celeb' featured.

Stick to the models LV - they make it look a whole lot classier

I like the second photo.. But the first one looks disgusting! She looked like a prostitute hanging out in the pub!

^ This season, Steven Meisel shot the ads as Madonna stars the campaign. Steven always shoots Madonna, they're really close friends. :D

If it aint provocative, it ain't Madonna don't you think?

^ I think the collection was not provocative, which makes Madonna's provocativeness not compatible for the campaign. The "open leg, panty peeping" pose was just inappropriate, but the other ones looks great. I dunno what other people think.. but that's just my opinion..

BB, do you like the campaign?

I LOVE the third picture. It is beautiful. And I don't think there is anything wrong with the first one; it's art.
