The Double Jeu Néo-Alma from Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2009 collection offers a fun twist to the iconic version. Dubbed after double play which basically translates to ‘two for the price of one’ or ‘hit two birds in one stone’, the Néo Alma features a clever bag-in-bag concept which means that inside the Monogram embossed leather Alma, there’s another bag made from lush jacquard textile with metallic threads, stud details and chain with hand-braided leather knots. It sure adds a new definition if used together and would also look great if worn individually.
The Néo-Alma is very much similar to the Eclipse version. Both bags has long and comfy flat leather handles, hotel room key inspired zip puller made from golden brass hardware, and leather base. The only difference is that evidently, the Double Jeu Néo-Alma is made from monogram embossed leather with a striking LV monogram golden brass stud detail.
Monogram Double Jeu Néo-Alma comes in two colors: Black and Blue and measures 11″ x 8.6″ x 5.7″ (the same as the Eclipse Alma). Its available at Louis Vuitton for $4500. Its a bit pricey but you get two bags, so its definitely worth it. More photos after the jump…
