Its about time for the Monogram Denim to be updated! Louis Vuitton scraps the original jeans-like design of the denim fabric and opted for the bright and vivid degradé shades (created using an exclusive denim bleaching technique to achieve the lovely ‘bleached by the sun’ look) of the Spring/Summer 2010 Monogram Denim runway bags making the permanent collection more young and lively.

Sunshine NM
If this bag looks familiar, its because its (almost) the same one from the Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection. This permanent version of the Sunshine looks very similar to the Spring 2010 runway piece except for a few details such as the hardware (Spring 2010 has colored while the permanent has golden brass), color (Spring 2010 comes in Bleu and Rose while the permanent comes in Bleu and Rouge Fauviste), and lastly size (Spring 2010 version is smaller compared to the permanent version.
Apart from those differences, the Sunshine from Spring 2010 and the permanent version also share some features like having an adjustable and removable strap for cross-body or shoulder carry and an interior flat pocket. Sunshine, the permanent version measures 13.4″ x 12.6″ x 7.9″ and is available at Louis Vuitton stores for US$2330 (the same price as the Spring 2010 runway version).
Sunray
You should really see this in real life to appreciate it. This photo does no justice.
The Sunray is a new Monogram Denim shoulder bag which features a rather simple design. It has a flap cover with a large vachetta pinbuckle closure, a recurring design in the new Monogram Denim bags. Its quite roomy and could accommodate your necessities.
Sunray measures 13″ x 8.3″ x 5.1″ and comes in two colors: Bleu and Rouge Fauviste. Its available at Louis Vuitton stores for US$1660.
Sunbeam
The Sunbeam is a generously sized tote with a pinbuckle closure like the other denim bags. Its
Sunbeam measures 14.9″ x 14.1″ x 9.8″ and comes in two colors: Bleu and Rouge Fauviste. Its available at Louis Vuitton stores for US$2490.
Sunlight
The biggest of them all, the Sunlight is a dazzling shoulder bag/tote with 2 handles and an adjustable and removable strap for cross-body or shoulder carry. Its large size makes it perfect for use in the city and in the beach.
Shinlight measures 19.7″ x 13.4″ x 11.8″ and comes in two colors: Bleu and Rouge Fauviste. Its available at Louis Vuitton stores for US$2800.
