As seen from the Spring/Summer 2011 ad campaign, the Mick is the newest addition to Louis Vuitton’s Damier Graphite collection. Previously named Elvis, the bag – made from the lightweight & super sleek Damier Graphite canvas – has been renamed after another musical icon, Mick Jagger. With its spacious A4-sized interior and a touch of rock spirit and contemporary urban appeal, the Mick is great for school, business or everyday city style.

What I love about this bag is that it doesn’t have a flap. It just features a zipped closure on top for easy access. In its exterior, Mick has a vertical zip pocket on the front and a large horizontal zip pocket on the back. Inside, it has two interior flat pockets, two pen looks, and a D-ring for keys and accessories.

Mick comes in two sizes MM (16.9″ x 12.2″ x 3.5″) and GM (18.1″ x 14.1″ x 4.3″). Available at Louis Vuitton stores and online at louisvuitton.com for US$1220 and US$1340 for the MM and GM respectively. I would definitely want to have this as my school bag!

I understood this was to be called the Elvis I wonder why they changed the name?
I saw this bag the first week of release but I prefer the ‘traditional’ messenger bag shape of the Daniel and I love my Renzo.
