The most anticipated show of the season is finally here! Nicolas Ghesquière’s debut collection for Louis Vuitton.

This familiar wardrobe appeals to the collective unconscious, stirring our affective memory. We never tire of these perennial pieces; they are faithful friends. Eternally under their alluring spell, we delight in wearing them time and again. Louis Vuitton is a land of contrasts. A time-honored and noble legacy is kept alive by a yearning for discovery and exploration. Coursing boldly and imaginatively through the decades, Louis Vuitton refreshes the world of fashion with an untiring ebb and flow of retrospective and fresh perspective.

im not liking this collection at all….the colors are awful, the styles aren’t common in this day in age, the collection came off very retro and disco/good companyish. and the bags aren’t good either, wtf is lvmh thinking bringing this guy in?!!. the brand has lost its value and style when marc left.

  • Other than the Petite-Malle the whole thing is a big meh…
